Computational and Mathematical Biology are necessary new areas within the organic sciences. Our work explores two avenues of analysis: 1) Fixing knowledge-driven, inverse-problems that permit us to make measurements of bodily forces and chemical kinetics that experiments don’t give direct entry, and 2) in shut collaboration with experimentalists, we mix measurements made in their labs with ours to information the event of mathematical fashions which might be phenomenological in nature and formalize our instinct for how the bodily properties of polymers, cells, and tissues emerges from, and constrains, the biological technique of interest.
